In the beginning . . .
March of 2000 Paula Fehringer, founder of AzureVantage LLC, started a website design and development company. . . providing small businesses with a professional, affordable presence on the Internet. blueship.com started out with static websites with a little flash added in for interest.
She quickly started designing logos and added hosting to the menu. From there blueship.com added interactive forms, e-commerce, blogs, forums, audio and video. Paula says, "I tried to design sites that reflected the personality of the business. It became painfully clear that many had a different personality in their print ads, still different in their stationery and business cards and still different on the Internet. It became my mission to get all these multiple personalities to work together."
When social media became such an important part of the Internet — it even changed the way search engines looked at websites — clients had more and more marketing questions. The addition of smart phones made it clear we should expand to continue providing the quality services our clients were accustomed to.
